I would like to be an Official Distributor of NIBBLE and APOLLO products. How do I do?
You must contact the company by telephone and/or send an email expressing interest. You must prepare the following information:
1. Complete company presentation
2. Strategic plan for promoting and publicizing brands
3. Country or territory where you intend to operate
4. Map with annual sales forecast
Does NIBBLE sell directly to end customers? What is the sales channel?
No, NIBBLE has official distributors in each market. If you have purchased or intend to purchase any NIBBLE or APOLLO product, you must contact an authorized distributor. If you are an end customer, we recommend that you contact the equipment installer. If this is not possible or you do not know the name of the installer, we recommend that you contact our distributor.
Where can I find the user's manual / certificate of a NIBBLE product?
All our Technical Documents can be found here.
FIREWALL: The Fire Panel needs maintenance/is faulty. Who can I contact?
Firstly, we advise you to read the manual and all available technical support elements for the user. Subsequently, if the problem still persists, we advise you to contact the fire detection system installer directly (It is important to remove the serial number from the equipment). If you are unable to contact the installer, you can try to consult the brand's representative/distributor in your market/country. If in none of these situations you are able to resolve the matter, you will always have the possibility of contacting us directly using the form on our website.
FIREWALL and NURIA: certifications
The NURIA addressable fire detection panel and the FIREWALL conventional fire detection panel, as well as the respective manual call point, are certified according to the EN-54 standard, offering high safety standards.
NURIA is also in the UL certification process (no completion date yet).
NURIA: How many loops does the panel have? How many devices per loop? How many panels can be connected to a network?
The NURIA addressable fire detection panel can be expanded from 1 to 4 loops.
You can have up to 126 devices per loop (Apollo XP95 and Discovery Protocol) or 254 devices (Core Protocol Apollo).
32 panels can be connected to the network and up to 120 zones can be configured.
GC-36 COMMUNICATOR: How many outputs and inputs does the communicator have?
The GC-36 Communicator has 6 outputs or inputs and the user can make the combinations they consider most appropriate (e.g. 5 inputs and 1 output or 4 outputs and 2 inputs).
